When was the last time you were ill?

Answer:

I honestly can't remember; since I had my baby boy Evan at times I've felt a little under the weather - but one of the things I've learnt about being a parent is you haven't really got time to be sick and I've learnt to power through...

What did you eat for breakfast today?

Answer:

Whole Earth Crunchy Peanut Butter on Granary Toast, Total 0% Fat Greek Yoghurt with raspberries and a sprinkle of Grape Nuts and NOT ENOUGH TEA TO GET ME OVER A TERRIBLE NIGHTS SLEEP AND GET ME THROUGH THE DAY AHEAD.

Question:

When was the last time you received a letter from a loved one?

Answer:

It was last month from my lovely friend Jan, who sent me a thank you note with a really thoughtful message inside and it actually made my day; there's nothing quite like receiving a handwritten card in the post.

What's on your calendar for tomorrow?

Answer:

Me, baby and hubbie are off for a dance at Big Fish Little Fish at The Bedford. It's an indie dance/rock special family rave with DJ Eddy Temple-Morris and we can't wait.

Question:

What was the last film you watched?

Answer:

It was Whiplash which depicted the relationship between a talented and fiercely ambitious jazz drummer (played by Miles Teller) and his abusive teacher (played by J K Simmons) - it was intense, uncomfortable, frenetic, incredibly acted and absolutely brilliant.

Which famous living person would you like to have dinner with?

Answer:

It's predictable for those who know me, but I'd say Madonna; she's not everyone's cup of tea but she's had the most incredible career to date and her music and style will always be iconic.

What is worrying you?

Answer:

With all that life demands and everything I'm trying to achieve, that I'm not being a good enough Mum/Wife/Daughter/Sister/Niece/Friend/Cousin/Colleague and giving people enough of my time and attention.

What are you looking forward to?

Answer:

So many things this year, but one of them is definitely playing tennis again and resuming my coaching - for fitness, wellbeing and relaxation purposes and inspired by the Williams Sisters.
