Answer:
Summer Finn in 500 Days of Summer (one of my favourite films ever), played by Zooey Deschanel - at the very least because of Summer's wardrobe and because Joseph Gordon-Levitt does THIS the morning after the night before which makes me grin from ear to ear every time:
