I've written before about how powerful I think music is.
It can rouse so many emotions, a huge great raft of feelings and even act like a commanding call to action. Make you want to cry, to dance, to tell someone you love them, to board a plane to the other side of the world and defiantly cast off your fears like a too-hot jacket (I'm talking to you, Jump by Madonna).
For me, it provides a great source of comfort when times are tough.
This live performance of Fiya Wata by the magnificent Edward Sharpe and The Magnetic Zeros completely and utterly enriches my soul. I adore it.
I challenge you to listen and not get goosebumps.
