Who is Material Whirl?
I am a thirty-something London girl. Fashion lover / blogger / music maniac. CPFC South Londoner residing in E17, London. Music is in my blood and so I am very proud to write gig reviews for the prestigious Jazz FM.
Samuel Johnson once said that when a man is tired of London, he is tired of life; for there is in London all that life can afford. I agree with Sam - London through my eyes is extraordinary and so I document all the exciting things it has to offer.
What is Material Whirl?
My blog started as a A Collection of Thoughts in 2010 and evolved into Material Whirl in November 2012. It was intended to be only a fashion blog, but instead became the platform where I could capture my adventures in life and the thoughts, ideas, memories and inspiring images that constantly swirl around in my head.
Material Whirl is where I share my love of fashion, photography and art and where I channel my passion for music and literature. I am a loyal London lover but also an intrepid traveller and so my blog is also my travel diary.
What do I promise?
As a blogger, I am fortunate from time to time to receive gifts and products to review. I promise that I will only feature stuff that I really, truthfully like and that fits with my interests and beliefs.
We are living in a Material Whirl - so essentially this blog documents life and all it has to offer.
