Chatting to strangers; at Evan's music class and in Cafe Benito in E17 today I met some really lovely, kind, inspirational women who stopped to chat, coo over Evan and gave me sound advice about parenting and the challenges of trying to 'do it all'; including *prioritise*, *don't try to be perfect*, *make sure you protect your well deserved free time to do what YOU want* *routine is good but sometimes you have to let it all go and just enjoy the moment* *make the most of every day - it goes so fast*. (Disproving the view that Londoners can be unfriendly!).
